With darkness falling, a storm looming, wind and dust blowing, Cesar Chavez High School Girl’s Tennis advanced to the finals of the CIF Division 5 playoffs.
The semi-final nail biter win was against Wasco High School at Cesar Chavez High School. Final Score: CCHS 5, Wasco High School 4.
The final will be held on Tuesday, Nov. 8. at Golden Valley High School in Bakersfield.
